Meanwhile, the company has set up a joint laboratory with China University of Science and Technology and Harbin Institute of Technology, focusing on the PI frontier technology and necklace problems, to carry out the key core technology and industrialisation research of PI materials used in the fields of flexible circuits, flexible displays, and integrated circuit packages.
