The GC-type polyimide carbon -based film is a biaxially stretched polyimide film specifically developed by our company for the production of artificial graphite films. It possesses a higher degree of planar orientation, allowing it to maintain a more complete horizontal orientation after carbonization, resulting in a more uniform and refined appearance as well as a higher thermal conductivity coefficient for the artificial graphite film.
Product Features
The degree of high plane orientation can maintain a good level of orientation aftecarbonization and graphitization, resulting in a higher thermal conductivity coefficient.The uniformity of the product's carbonization and graphitization is good, with even anddelicate foaming.The molecular weight distribution of the product is uniform, with fewer low moleculaweight segments, and the finished graphite membrane is flexible and not prone to powdering.

 

Product application
The artificial graphite film produced using GC-type polyimide carbon-based film as raw material has an extremely highthermal conductivity and can be applied in fields such as heat dissipation for electronic devices. The GC-type polyimidecarbon-based film can also serve as a substrate in areas such as flexible solar power generation substrates and flexible displays.
