Our proprietary GC-grade polyimide substrate is engineered through biaxial stretching to achieve exceptional in-plane molecular alignment. This specialized architecture ensures that the carbonization process yields an artificial graphite film with superior structural integrity and minimized defects. The resulting product exhibits a remarkably homogeneous morphology and an enhanced thermal conduction pathway, delivering significantly higher thermal conductivity compared to conventional alternatives.
